Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world.
We are open for business: As a business that provides essential products and services to the functioning to people who are working from home, and also to essential businesses such as hospitals and government agencies, our supply and support will be staying open and our orders are being fulfilled. We have implemented safety precautions issued by federal, state and local authorities to ensure the safety and security of staff. While our supply and shipping capabilities remain intact and we have redundant fulfillment locations across the country, disruptions may occur for popular items, which will be disabled from sale if unavailable.
Safety First: We remain sufficiently staffed with most of our team working virtually wherever possible. For team members whose work requires them to be onsite, we are adhering to recommendations and orders from local, national and global health organizations to ensure preventive measures are taken to avoid spread of the virus. Will-calls are not being allowed, all orders are for shipping delivery only.
For our Customers: We recognize that the financial impact is severe for everyone. We are trying to do our part to weather this economic storm and provide our customers with extra value and savings as follows:
